Home Works Insulation is Hiring: Office Administrator
Home Works Insulation is currently looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our busy and growing team. Located in Co. Wexford, we provide high-quality insulation services and are seeking a friendly, organised individual to support the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Responding quickly to customer enquiries by phone and email
✔ Scheduling home consultations and following up on leads
✔ Preparing and submitting SEAI paperwork and documentation
✔ Invoicing, collecting payments, and basic bookkeeping
✔ Managing installers calendars and supporting job coordination
✔ Organising job records, customer details, and internal documents
✔ Supporting the owner with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of office administration experience
- Confident using software & digital tool
- Basic bookkeeping & finance skills
- Ability to introduce and manage new systems
- Friendly, professional phone and email manner
- Adaptable and proactive as the business evolves
Nice to Have, But Not Essential:
- Experience using accounting tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
- Familiarity with customer databases or lead tracking systems
- Understanding of the SEAI grant process or online application portals
- Confidence working with Google Drive or cloud storage to manage documents
- A knack for streamlining tasks or introducing simple digital systems to stay organised
