  • Quotations are provided as estimates unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may be subject to change if site conditions differ from those described or if unforeseen issues arise during installation.

4. Deposits & Payment Terms

  • A quotation acceptance confirms the booking of works and the scheduling of labour and materials.
  • Accepted quotations become non-refundable after 14 days. This is due to work being scheduled in advance and labour being allocated.
  • Payment is made by invoice.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

8. Workmanship & Materials

  • All works are carried out in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Materials used may vary slightly due to availability, but will meet required performance specifications.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur in non-habitable areas such as attics or concealed spaces.

Any manufacturer’s warranties apply strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.

9. Third-Party Contractors

Where third-party contractors are engaged for works outside our scope (including but not limited to electrical, carpentry, roofing, or ventilation works), such services are carried out under the contractor’s own terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for works carried out by third parties or for issues arising from their services.

10. Post-Installation Concerns & Time Limits

We take pride in the quality of our work and encourage customers to raise any genuine concerns promptly.

  • Any issues or defects relating directly to our installation works must be reported within one month of completion.
  • After this period, we cannot accept responsibility for perceived or alleged issues that are reported without clear evidence linking them directly to our works.
  • This includes claims of damage or defects that arise weeks or months after installation and cannot be reasonably attributed to the insulation works carried out.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, material shortages, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

All timelines provided are estimates only.

12. Complaints Procedure

Should you have a complaint regarding our services, please contact us in writing using the details provided above. We ask that we be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, remedy any issues before third-party intervention.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the works carried out.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
